Catering: Our in-house caterer, Hungry Bear Catering, will provide food and alcohol service upon request, please see food packages for pricing. We do not allow outside catering, however guests may bring homemade food. All events with alcohol will incur a mandatory $200 liability fee.

Premium Wedding
$2,200.00 (plus tax)
Guest Count: 76–200 guests
Day Of: 12 hours of event time and teardown/exit time
Day Before: 8 hours for decorating/rehearsal
Room Provided: Lobby, Full Ballroom, Bride Suite, Groom Suite and Rehearsal Dinner Room (for up to 40 guests)

Bounce Houses
$75 (plus tax) per Bounce House
Bounce house rentals are available for parties hosted at the New River Convention Center! We currently offer two rental options, with additional details and listing information coming soon.
Kids Klub
$150 (plus tax)
We offer Kids Klub as an add-on option for all events hosted at the New River Convention Center! Kids Klub is a dedicated playroom designed to keep children entertained during your event. The room is stocked with toys, crafts and access to Disney+ for added fun.
Please note that an adult supervisor must remain present while children are utilizing the room.
