Micro Wedding

$1,500 (plus tax)

If you’re looking for a beautiful and affordable venue for your micro wedding or reception (guest count of up to 75), this package may be just what you need.

For $1,500 (plus tax), you’ll get 8 hours of event time and teardown/exit time, as well as 4 hours the day before for decorating and rehearsal. We provide a full ballroom and lobby, day-of coordination (upon request), tables, linens, dance floor, Bluetooth sound system, cleanup, and setup/teardown of furniture.

Our in-house caterer, Hungry Bear Catering, will provide food and alcohol service upon request, please see food packages for pricing. We do not allow outside catering, however guests may bring homemade food. All events with alcohol will incur a mandatory $200 liability fee. 

We also offer decorating services at an additional cost.

Premium Wedding

$2,200.00

For $2,200.00 our premium wedding/reception package is designed to make your special day unforgettable.

This package accommodates 76-200 guests, with 12 hours of event time and teardown/exit time, 8 hours for decorating/rehearsal the day before, and access to rooms such as the lobby, full ballroom, bride suite, groom suite, and rehearsal dinner room (for up to 40 guests), you’ll have everything you need to create the perfect atmosphere.

Our package also includes amenities such as day-of coordination (upon request), a dance floor, use of Bluetooth AV system, and more. 

Our in-house caterer, Hungry Bear Catering, will provide food and alcohol service upon request, please see food packages for pricing. We do not allow outside catering, however guests may bring homemade food. All events with alcohol will incur a mandatory $200 liability fee. 

We also offer decorating services at an additional cost.

Micro Party Shower

Looking to host a party or shower for 30 guests or less?

This package is $150.00 and includes 6 hours of prep, event, and teardown time in a quarter ballroom or board room.

Choose from round or rectangular tables with black or white linens, and enjoy the convenience of setup/teardown and cleanup services.

Plus, add on 4 hours of prep time the day before for an additional $75 (if the schedule allows). Book now for a stress-free event!

If you’re planning to host a  party or shower for up to 65 guests, NRCC has got you covered with this package priced at $300.00 (plus tax).

The package includes 8 hours of prep, event, and teardown time, a half ballroom, and amenities such as the use of Bluetooth sound system, lobby TV slide, your choice of round or rectangular tables, your choice of black or white linens, cleanup, and setup/teardown of furniture.

Plus, add on 4 hours of prep time the day before for an additional $75 (if the schedule allows). Book now for a stress-free event!

This package is perfect for those looking to host an event for up to 95 guests. For $600 (plus tax), you’ll have access to the Three Quarter’s Ballroom for 10 hours of prep, event, and teardown time. We provide a Bluetooth sound system, projector and monitor usage, lobby TV slide, dance floor, and your choice of round or rectangular tables with black or white linens.

Cleanup and setup/teardown of furniture are included, and you can contact our NRCC Coordinator for an additional $75/4 hours of prep time the day before (if the schedule allows).

This package is the perfect solution for those looking to host a large event. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, you can enjoy the full ballroom and lobby for $1,000 (plus tax).

The package includes 12 hours of prep, event, and teardown time, as well as the following amenities: Bluetooth sound system, projector and monitor usage, and your choice of round or rectangular tables with black or white linens.

Cleanup and setup/teardown of furniture are also included.

If you require additional prep time the day before, please contact our NRCC Coordinator for an extra $75/4 hours.
